About Judith

Before my journey inwards, I suffered from chronic neck pain, insomnia and anxiety. I was completely disconnected from myself and my only escape was bringing my body to its limits on a daily basis through running and fitness. When my body broke down I eventually had to take a look in the mirror.

I started meditating and became a Yoga Teacher. I learned about the power of the breath and how we store trauma in the body. The deeper I dove in my own healing journey the more I could help my clients recover from their physical and emotional pain.

There is no doubt the mind and body are connected, intertwined like vines. I believe that our relationship to ourselves is the most important and most neglected relationship in our life.

“Two years ago I met Judith and began a regular yoga practice as her classes drew me back again and again. My yoga practice has now become a mainstay of my weeks, my days. With Covid I started taking private online classes with Judith. She leads with skill and a thorough understanding of the body, but also with warmth and caring that makes every class as wonderful as the next. I am looking forward to attending classes once again in person in the near future.”
